Took a star away because nobody would help us problem solve our very serious issue of not being able to use voucher for post adoption vet visit because our rescue had/has"stranger danger" and the vet (owner & primary vet at Vancouver veterinary off St. John's Blvd) "man-handled our beautiful rescue puppy with absolutely no tack or care for our concerns, and ultimately traumatized my dog from going near a pet clinic let alone have anyone touch him but his owners ever since. It's been over a year and our rescue dog still haven't been able to see a vet.
