TERRIBLE!!! over 1 year of lame excuses. We have to calibrate often and many different issues/errors from incorrect lid, no air connected, bat codes scanner not working, software issues, and the worst of all " We are terribly sorry but at the moment the wait for a tech to go out to your site for a service call is about 35-40 days" -- How is it my fault that they do not have enough technicians to satisfy the high demand of service calls ? that wouldn't be necessary if their product would work properly!!! I asked for the process to be considered for machine replacement. --Oh no, that won't happen. We do not replace units. You must be doing something wrong... Really, like what, turning it on and dare to expect for this junk to actually work? let's see what BBB has to say about it.
