Love the location (ideal for working in Cumberland/Vinings area)
Love the rent cost per value (you get what you pay for)
Love the quick responses of maintenance team (yes I have had to call them a couple times)
Love the friendly staff at the office (truly helpful and great people)

Living on the first floor = roaches (why am I paying a pest control fee to still have bugs? I d give gables mill 3.5 stars if I could)
