Never wrote a review on anything in my life. But I guess that s the time as the situation made me absolutely angry. And it is extremely (extremely is underlined) difficult to make me angry.

That s what happened:

First of all, when registering for my appointment, it was amazingly hard to get an adequate response from the girl on the reception. After I calmly explained my situation, I got the following reply if you want to do it your way, maybe not with us then . I was so surprised with this answer, that had nothing to do but to turn away and walk out. I never cancelled my appointment though, as I don t see a correlation between dentists proficiency and poor communication skills of receptionists.

On the day of my appointment I came into the clinic where there was already another reception girl who told me that my appointment had been canceled. When I asked the name of her colleague who canceled it, she was trying to close the door in front of my face until I stopped her. So I guess the customer service of this clinic should be set as a stress target for this year!

I have had enough of this clinic experience from the reception ladies whose manners were doubtful. My impression has nothing to do with the treatment itself though. As I didn t even get a chance to receive it.

Extremely poor customer service.
