Used to be a very well run dealership. Leased a car from Hanover Honda with the promise of the first five oil changes free. In the interim, the franchise was bought by Apple. Showed up and was informed, and these are the words that the service guy used, "Apple is not honoring the PROMISES that were made by Hanover Honda." Charged me $60.00 for an oil change that the same dealership had promised for free. I really like Honda, but I will NEVER lease a car from this dealership again. You should basically ignore any reviews on here from before March of this year. According to the people who work there, that was a different company. If they don't want to honor the promises of the franchise they purchased, they shouldn't get the benefit of that franchise's reputation.
