I booked for a twin bedroom upon check-in I was informed there was no room available with twin beds so they gave me a bedroom with a king sized bed instead and a roll away bed however the roll-away bed mattress is not too comfortable to sleep with. When I was checking out, I overheard that a foreigner was offered a room upgrade because there is no available room with twin bed. Why are the offerings different to a local with a foreigner guest?
