I can t speak highly enough about your technicians Richie L and Jesus. I found Richie to be extremely personable, honest, and polite (yes ma am, no ma am). After assessing my system and explaining my options he didn t hide behind the technology in-front of him; instead he made eye contact easy and every time he spoke with me and then when he was done talking he would document on his iPad and if I asked him a question he politely stopped documenting and looked at me while I was speaking and would answer my questions extensively and honestly. Richie and Jesus worked tirelessly hard in the pouring rain today and I just want to say that you to them for being so kind and efficient. I have to say that you have some great employees.

I also want to give a shout out to Amanda in the office who helped set my appointment up; and to Jacklyn who called to keep me updated about my appointment progression. They were both so polite and helpful! Thank you ladies.
