Trying to reach anyone at this hotel is a joke. No one ever answers the phone and the operator just plays over and over in a never ending loop. If you call the corporate office, you won't get through to any one either.

I was charged $100 for parking when the front desk associate informed me the charge would be $35.

Because it is impossible to reach anyone at this location I have gone ahead and just filed a chargeback for the transaction. Thanks Sheraton, you suck!!!
