I worked with Gina Neely on buying a 2011 Odyssey. Got a very fair deal for a great van. Less than KBB. Gina was extremely helpful. I drove past two other Honda dealerships to look at this van and I m glad I did. When I got there it was waiting for me to test drive. I forgot to pick up the second key so they FedEx ed it to me next day. Everything has been minimal hassle. I hate shopping for cars, and this was probably the most pleasant experience I ve ever had. A+ customer service. I ll buy from them again.
