I had somehow scheduled something like 5 appoints for a special of theirs. A man from them called me and very kindly asked me what type of car I was bringing in. I told him that I was sorry but I wasnt going to make it today. I was expecting some bad annoyance but he was actually very nice and told me not to worry about it. He gave me some good customer service. Next time I need a car I'll be coming by!!!!!
