During this difficult time regarding travel and health and safety issues, I was very concerned about the possibility to continue working abroad. I had done everything I could think of to do on my own regarding a new visa application and was really struggling to make progress beyond immediate forms (like those available through consulate websites).
I had even contacted several other agencies around the consulate location-all of whom told me even though I had all my documentation ready that getting a new visa would be impossible in the current state of the world. After waiting nearly 11 months, I'm happy to say that Swift was able to secure my visa and I will be able to return to my job abroad soon.
The team and consultant that I worked with were extremely polite and punctual, even during such difficult times. They are kind and helpful in every way, giving clear instructions and reassurance that they will do everything possible to make sure their customer is taken care of.
