Upon my renewal asked broker(flood&peterson) if i move to different state will they cover that state, broker said yes . So when I moved to new state insurance stopped policy due to not covering that state. When I called flood and Peterson found out broker who renewed my policy lied about coverage just to earn his Commission prior to quitting. Flood and Peterson Replied not as a company but try to blame everything on that agent, saying he don t work with us no more so we can t help you there. Meanwhile I was doing business with the firm of flood and Peterson not an Individual employee. Going back and forth with em for 4 months on behalf my refund, due to them cancel my policy. Spoke to supervisor and lady tells me she don t know nothing about this issue. Now ask yourself if a firm is dealing with an issue for months and supervisor isn t aware is telling me this firm don t care about customer service just money. What that ain t all. I ve paid over 60% of my Premium in four months and only received about 10% back as a refund. Only had policy for 4months. So after it was addressed to supervisor. She tells me to deal with the issue on my own with insurance company. So make the story short flood and Peterson don t know what they doing and there customers service is horrible, they make it seem like there on it but in reality they don t take any responsibility. One example it took me about 2 months to receive a insurance card.. seems like it s loony tunes over there not ppl or firm that takes care of you nor make it any easier to have insurance, even if you paying top dollar for insurance. After they sign you the treatment is unprofessional and forget about anything being done from one phone call. With me always 3 calls minimum. Need patience of steel with em.
