Stanley Pools lacks follow through and organization. On many occasions during the process, we were given contradicting information and when asking pricing on options during our selection meeting, that information wasn't readily available and we had to wait days to get it. Many times our phone calls/emails were never returned. Being that this is a family owned business, everyone who works these is a Stanley, thus nobody is held accountable for anything. They are very disorganized.

However, I did give 2 stars simply for their pricing, as it is one of the lowest. That being said, with all of the other issues, makes me question if the quality would have even been there. Hindsight, glad we decided to cancel our contract.
