I've never had a worse hotel experience! The front desk staff was incredibly rude and gave us a huge hassle upon checking in because we had booked through a travel site (Hotwire). The room was filthy - the floor had obviously not been vacuumed in at least a few weeks, there were hairs folded into our "clean" towels, the bedsheets were crumpled as if they had already been slept on, and the drinking glasses were dirty. It was disgusting. There was also no hot water when we showered at 9am.

We paid $30 for parking (which was a hidden fee not listed on the website) and we received a $100 ticket for parking where we had been told to park. When we told the front desk staff about these issues on checkout, the man was rude and dismissive. For a $200/night hotel, I can not believe we were treated so poorly and given such a gross room. Will absolutely never go back!
