I terminated a complementary contract at home since April, as I authorized the conditions of sale (change of family situation). 9 months later, they continue to collect my dues and walk around service as soon as I call to understand why it is not terminated. I am about to take legal action to obtain the effective termination of the contract and the reimbursement of sums unjustifiably taken from my account. I strongly advise against opening a contract with them, you will never be able to close it again.
