Nasty people. My fiance Called to settle an amount...

Nasty people. My fiance Called to settle an amount and I was yelled at in the background! I dont understand why. Dont provide receipts for any payment. Even cancel my fiance's license when he was making payments just because they wanted to update the contract on their end. If you have yo deal with these people I feel for you... they are soul suckers.
