Sales associates are hit or miss. Signed in on waiting list. Had shoes to exchange. Associate took 2 people walking in foot, ignored the list. When they finally helped me, went got shoes and walked away. Requested help twice, and again was ignored. Didn't feel like my money/purchase mattered. Returned my shoes, doubt I will shop there again. I miss Maine Running Company. Guess Red's Shoe Barn in Dover will be seeing me more often!
