This Hyatt is unlike any hotel in the area. I am stunned to read reviews in which people complain about this hotel. This hotel is kept up beautifully, from the rooms to the pools, even the car lots are all exceptionally clean. The pool area has a whopping 7 pools, a kiddie pool area as well as a separate adult area. My two year old son laughed in hysterics going down the waterslide, he had the time of his life. The front desk/housekeepers will bring you whatever it is you need at anytime, the valet guys are a charm and haul you around, room service ladies are incredibly sweet and make sure you have everything. If this place doesn't meet your expectations then I'm not so sure anything will...a resort in the middle of the desert with seven pools and a golf course~ what more could you ask for? I think we're already stretching the human entertainment thing a bit far as is.Bring loads of sunblock and some flip flops to wear by the pool because that desert sun is not shy and it gets hot. You'll enjoy yourself. If this isn't up to your standards, then I recommend spending some time in a third world country.
We are so fortunate here in the US and this Hyatt is a great reminder of just how good life is.
