Jon was scheduled to arrive at 10:00 and his arrival at 9:30 was a welcomed surprise. Having done the technical evaluation at an earlier date, Jon was familiar with the location, parked his van and began bringing the necessary tools to the work site. Jon was personable and courteous and began the process of preparation expeditiously. He was very efficient in his work and was focused on doing his work well and precisely. Jon finished up quickly which was very appreciated considering we were in the middle of winter. He cleaned up the work area I was impressed by his prompt and efficient manner of performing the intended procedures. When all his tools, materials and debris had been taken to his van, Jon performed a final inspection of the work area, the installed materials and made sure everything was clean and functioning as expected. Following the evaluation Jon reinforced the idea if I had any questions or concerns to call right away, after which he was on his way. Thank you, Jon!
