Sears used to be a real 'stand up' company. Their customer service is out sourced in the Philippines and those Filipinos take pride in their work. I was then transferred to Technical Support, 2 minutes 'til 12, here in the states and some lazy kid cut me off right as we started, blurted out a phone number, told me to call back, and hung up.
