Service was sub par. I made an appointment, dropped my truck off and came back at closing and nothing was completed. I was asked to come back the next day. I did a message survey and upon my return I was asked why I gave them a bad rating.... The manger Mr. Robert offered me a discount for my troubles and that was much appreciated but as soon as he left for the day all the other employees acted like I didn't exist. I had to leave my job in the middle of a work day just to pick up my car to wait 20 minutes to drive off the lot. It was obvious they knew about my rating. I will never go back there. And to think I thought going to the dealership would be less of a hassle.
