I have had a similar experience in Dec 2015 as other recent posters. Ordered directly from Christmas Central. I had a good experience when I ordered items in January 2015. Items arrive in good time and UPS tracking number supplied when items were shipped. All went well. December shipping notification stated pkg sent USPS. I was given a tracking # that was not in the USPS standard format. I used Christmas Central help email form and chat to find out what was status of my shipment. No reply to my email and chat was listed as AVAILABLE, but was given the message after I keyed in questions that no representatives were available. I sent them a message to reply to as they requested --- no response. Customer service w/ Christmas Central appears to have gone down hill --- or can't keep up w/ December orders. In any case, other companies make this work. Christmas Central either can't or doesn't invest the resources necessary to keep up.
