I was referred by my pcp back in April 2016. I hadn't heard anything so I spoke with my pcp again in JULY, they said they sent all my info over back in April and that sleep insights should have called me by now. So I call to make my own appointment since I still have not heard from them and it's now August. I tell them what I've said above and try to get things scheduled, but I'm told they don't have any of my information. Seriously? After reading the other posts, I'm not even sure I want to go there now.
