I started with Total Health and Fitness 14-years, and 80lbs ago!

When I started, I couldn't run a quarter of a mile, never had a real eating plan, and had never lifted weights. I lost 60lb's in a few month's time working with TH&F.

Since then, I have been pretty much managing myself using the concepts I learned from them. Over that time, I have trended down another 20lbs. More important than the weight, I feel fit, trim, and healthy. Eating well and being committed to regular exercise is a lifestyle I learned from the TH&F team -- Thanks!!
