Payments taken when supposedly out of stock. Oh dear. Tried to buy a cover twice online. Each time it says it's available, takes you all the way to payment, and then tells you they're out of stock. Much worse, I checked my credit card statement a week later, to see that they'd taken the money both times, while saying online that there was no sale. No one contacted me about this. When I wrote to them I was told it must be a glitch. Any apology for this bad "glitch" and or thanks for the fact that I had spotted they were secretly taking money despite cancelling the sale? None. They will provide a refund (obviously) but you have to tell them what they've done. Not good enough.
