Poor patient service. It seems like everyone working there either just doesn t want to be there, unaware that you are waiting, has staff meetings while Veterans wait, and NO Patient, Veteran service. Unaware of the poor attitude that they are presenting the to the veteran and seem to express their frustrations to the veterans.
