The gentleman that came to clean was very gracious and helpful to us. We wanted to have a steam cleaning so that it would not need fans and wait for all of the drying time but we couldn't find that on a few days notice. We should have mad an appointment sooner to find an opening to have the steam cleaning done. This job was taken care of quickly, caringly patiently and thoroughly. I would use them again.. They had a coupon on line also at their site.
