I was very very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the tattoo artist shaun. I was supposed to get my tattoo done on sept.28. Day before that date it was difficult to even get a scratch from him seeing that I already paid $50 down payment and for the scratch. I've been texting him for 2 weeks straight with no response and no drawing. The day of my tattoo he send it at 9 am. I felt like he just put it together last min. Today October 24 he canceled my appointment after waiting a whole month because he said he had to leave early for car problems and this point I wanted a refund for wasting my time. Upon arrival at the store to get the refund he told me kat the manager will give me, I was surprised to see he was there. He was at the shop the whole time while he was lying to me. On top of that they weren't try to give me my refund. After asking to speak to their boss they only gave me $25 back. I was so disappointing they wanted me to pay $50 for a Picture. I was highly upset and when I called the shop the lady was also rude and pointing the blame on me instead of taking the ownership of their unprofessional artists!!!! Dont go here they are taking people's money and dont care........
