I want to give a shout out to Alex, the short haired girl at the front desk. She is very understanding and has lots of compassion for each person that walks through the door. I am truly appreciative of her support and care for not only the cats, but potential owners as well.

However, the 3 stars is for the utter disrespect we received from the boss lady. We relinquished one kitten not too long ago because him and our first adopted kitten were not a good mix. It was not good for that poor kitten and I feel better letting him be happy and healthy in another home more suitable for him. Whoever the boss lady is, she needs to learn some social skills on how to talk to people. She was very rude, made horrendous assumptions about us, we felt attacked by her patronizing tone. It was a very difficult decision that we made to relinquish him, and we already felt horrible about it. I hope they read this review and think about how they treat people and potential owners. I hope you take some pointers from Alex and learn a thing or two.
