Unacceptable, amateuristic behaviour from this com...

Unacceptable, amateuristic behaviour from this company. It took 4 or 5 attempts via phone and chat to make an appointment with them, for which I had to wait at home of course, but the technician never showed up for the appointment, and did not cancel it either. They just let me wait for nothing.
Weeks later they send me a feedback form asking how the appointment with the technician went, after the problem was eventually solved without their help.
Ha!
That final waste of my time and utter disrespect is what brought me to write this review.
I will not work with Guidion again, nor will I accept them as service providers for an ISP.
