Could be a decent place to work if they made some changes to their leadership e.g. Manager, Supervisor, Line lead. At least the bagging department. I was doing in 4 days what generally takes them 2 weeks to train someone but resigned due to poor leadership. If they really want to drop their turnover rate they will need big changes. Fact!
