Jay came to take measurements of my project which was scheduled a week out from my phone call. Was not very personable and made sly comments the whole time he was there. For the next additional THREE weeks I would email/call to see if there is a quote yet. Then his admin emailed me and told me "he doesn t think we will have time to do the job since we are slammed for the next few months."
