I stay this hotel from 3 days .good hotel near to metro .I always use metro to mall and everyware .raqeeb help me to find some good places.

Clean and very suitable for families, it has one and two bedroom apartments. The beauty of it is that it is next to the metro station, you exit the hotel door and walk half a minute to enter the bridge gate leading to the metro station. You will walk through the air-conditioned bridge for about 3 minutes to reach the metro station

The hotel furniture is beautiful, but it is somewhat old, maybe 5 years old, and the furniture is currently being renewed after the hotel's name has changed, from Yassat Gloria, to the Mercure, which is an international chain.

The sleeping bed mattress is so soft, and I didn't find it comfortable.

Excellent location, level and location Nervous and close to Nakhla, close to Ziad Street, close to Jumeirah, GPR, marina, swimming pool, washing machine, and a supermarket in the hotel. The hotel staff is respectable and deserves 10 stars

The cleaners and receptionists are very excellent and quick to deliver.

Used to be Yasat Gloria, Now acquired by Accor. Lot of guest disappeared after change the name. Must lot of people miss old hotel.

I spent 2 weeks there and all went well. The personnel is really nice especially Maureen and Raza who assisted me on my last day.

I had the worst experience in dubai at this hotel. The room was not clean when I came in. They are taking deposits even if you remove the mini bar., bad internet connection , They always call for no reason to wake you up for a food delivery you haven't ordered!!

This is nothing compares of what happened to me on one of the mornings. My reservation is with breakfast inclusive.and on that day I had a meeting and the driver was waiting outside so I have 10 min to take quick breakfast. The restaurant receptionist checked my name it wasn't listed so she asked someone to double check and I waited for 10 min after that she welcomed me in. I took a table, Filled my dish and boom! one of the employers asked me out because he believed and apparently everyone was there believed that I don't have breakfast under my reservation even after I showed him the booking confirmation. I was on hurry to catch my drive so I left angry and I didn't have the time even to debate.

I went to the day and night to eat seafood buffet on Friday night. I specially asked if the waiter soft drink was included. The answer was yes, and then the desired drink was also brought up immediately, but when I had to refill after drinking Rejected by the waiter, and told that there is an extra charge, because I know it is unreasonable, so I found their supervisor or manager, I asked if I could give another juice, he agreed very quickly. So I don't know if it is specifically for the Chinese, and I have to collect extra money. All unequal services are not recommended

Now 1st if we going to anywhere for any tur then we want to take smooth and peace ful rest . So here are available everything what you want. It's good for us that it's nearly to pam zumaira , zumaira beach and burj al arab towers. A interesting thing about this hotel , if you want to moving by metro train . You can also take from this hotels's gate bcz this metro station is front of this hotel . Thay hv parking available in this hotel. And they arrange for our clients new model facility.

Fine!!! I really liked the pool, the catfish is a cozy hotel. Convenient to everything and the metro nearby and shops enough. Our 1701 room on the 17th floor was served at the highest level, I will definitely come to this hotel, InshaAllah.

Very good from there everything to reach to the metro small 5 minutes. For a week is recommended the weekly menu then you can drive as much as you want and can reach everything within walking distance.

Good location nearby the metro station of Internet City

I did not like the accommodation, the apartment is very small, the furniture is old, and the kitchen does not contain the required equipment and even a washing machine, as is the norm in the hotel apartments. The price of the apartment is almost exaggerated, and the elevators are very slow and crowded.

I have been going to this hotel for my squash sessions with my team mates for the past year and every time I arrive, it s a different story with them.
The most recent one is as follows: I book in advance and pay in advance for the courts and one day before, the hotel calls me and tells me that your booking has been taken by the squash coach... WHAT!??! What s the point of the booking? And paying in advance!?

Lovely hotel. Great staff, always on hand to help. Good location, metro station directly outside so good transport links and free parking. The view from the balcony is not so great, just other tall towers and there was construction going on next door so you could hear the banging all the way up on the 24th floor through most of the night. Can't fault the hotel tho

Clean place, easily accessible from Metro station. Friendly staff. Overall good experience and would visit again. The largest drawback I faced, was slow speed internet. They allow only 1Mbps internet per connection, and ask you to pay for better speeds. I have to say 1Mbps is pathetic these days, and I really don't expect to be charged extra for something as basic as proper Internet access. I would advise them to drop this.

Hotel Appartments. The apartments are well equipped. Suitable for the family. Medium restaurant. You can prepare your own food in the apartment. It is not good on the city. Getting to the hotel is somewhat difficult. The service level is average. The staff are very good and helpful

My stay at Mercure has been really well, the staff in every department is extremely attentive. Housekeeping have been excellent, particularly Saugat and Santa in providing our daily needs as and when we need them and making sure we are vey comfortable.

I have been a long term resident in this great hotel and always had the best of service. I do want to acknowledge the latest group of room service staff for level 15 led by Hari, Allauddin, Ahid and Suranga who have worked around my times, did extra cleaning where highlighted and always responded to my requests for extra tissues etc. Thanks guys.

Previous Yassat Gloria hotel apartments, great location and crevice

I am here in this hotel since March 2020. This is like my 2nd home away from my country.

I have my whole room re-arranged to get it baby friendly. These guys did everything I asked. Changing the lights, Removing glasses from the desks, Change of Sofa types, Extra utensils, My preferred house keeping persons, etc.,.

Now the coffee table is my son's lego table. :)

Safety is extremely good. I just let my room open with housekeeping inside cleaning and I go out for my personal work. When I come back the whole room shines.

In this moment I want to point out few people and not limited to them.

Mohamed Ziada - Executive Housekeeper: I just submit so many requests to Ziada and he just keeps giving me whatever I request him. This guy is amazing.

Rowela HK - Supervisor - Rowela was the first person I met when I booked the room. She is extremely friendly and keeps my room super supervised at all times.

Minosong - One of my favourite house keepers. He keeps my room super clean. Whenever he comes, we both keep on talking till he finishes the work.

And with the help of Pavithran and Ahmed also, things look really well and I am planning for a 1 year stay and my family likes the place so much too.

I also want to add Saugat, Suresa, Anand and Nicholas from the Concierge desk who are very patient with all my packages coming almost everyday.

Honestly very disappointed of the hotel service ! For a short stay, it should be fine as close to the metro station, room OK and Gym very nice. However, we stayed for 1 year and I felt like I paid for Nothing ! The management is not listen to the many complain (from us as well as other residents), very difficult to receive any service, not flexible at all, not even replying to the phone sometimes ! During the summer we can feel the humidity in the apartment. + The pool in never in the sun. By experience, for this price, you can find much better ! I don't recommend !

Didn't stay at this Mercure, but visited the property... Location of it is very strategic for someone who is visiting Dubai as tourist and wants easy access to all key places... There is a metro station tight next to it, which allows you to commute smoothly.
Hotel in general looks nice, tried Mercure somewhere else and was very nice.
Visited a restaurant "Day & Night" for dinner buffet, but wasn't that good, would leave detailed review for the restaurant.

Especially note that the attention is wonderful, we are very grateful to all the staff who attended us, we arrived at 8 in the morning after a long trip from Barcelona and early in the morning, the rooms are not delivered until 2 pm, but in Reception told me that they would try to give me the room as soon as possible and that was the case, they also realized that just that day was my birthday and in honor of that day they promised to surprise me with the room and so it was, the room was a great and surprising gift with some views that reached the Eye of Dubai under construction for Expo 2020. The breakfast acceptable, the pool somewhat small but at no time we miss space, thanks to all the staff who attended us for their professionalism, highlight that this hotel has Perfectly equipped apartments and the location is perfect to move anywhere

A very bad hotel, and I would like to tell you about the clients. I made the reservation. After I booked, I want 500 dirhams of insurance, knowing that there is no hotel in the Emirates asking for insurance and very poor customer service.
