NEVER ... AND I MEAN NEVER ... DO BUSINESS WITH ST...

NEVER ... AND I MEAN NEVER ... DO BUSINESS WITH STEAMATIC!!!! They were suppose to come yesterday to clean my carpets at 11am but they could be as late as 2:30. I leave for work at 2:30! At 2pm I call them. They didn't even have me on their books!!! I rescheduled for today at 11:30. Was told someone would call me at 11am. At 11:45 I called them. Was told it could be as late as 1pm before they arrive! I was never told this! Asked to speak to a manager, but surprise, none was available!! Worst customer service ever!!! I cancelled my appointment!! Manager did call back. All he could say was Sorry. Never made an attempt to compensate for the bad service. If he would have offered to clean a chair for free when our carpets we're cleaned, that would have made a difference, but no he didn't!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!! Steamatic doesn't care about your business!!
