Shiro's is an excellent sushi experience! We got a table for 2 at the bar and went with omakase. I had called ahead of time to put my name on the waitlist and they quoted me a time frame. We arrived a little before and they said we were still on track and they would call me when the table was ready (we had 10mins to claim the table). Sure enough, they called within the frame and sat us right away.

The fish was delicious and while there wasn't a lot of "exotic" things, they had solid pieces all around. The chef was friendly and gave great recommendations while checking in on us to see how full we were. We were visiting but will be back again next time we're in town!
