I have bought furniture from Ashley and they had Big League Movers deliver the items. When I got the first set of furniture, handlers have ruptured my door frame which I was very unhappy and when I questioned the delivery guys they just kept quite.

So, after seeing the reviews on google, I decided to send an e-mail to Big League Movers mentioned in reviews. A person contacted me within 24 hrs, apologized, and they made some one come to my house within a week and got taken care off.

So, based on responsiveness i decided to 5 star them.

P.S. I have a different group of Big League Movers deliver my second set of furniture and they listened to my concerns and delivered with care.
