Nice rooms/facilities - poor service and administration.

Having booked and prepaid through expedia two weeks prior, when I arrived reception couldn't find my reservation in their system and told me I would have to book another room at twice the price I had already paid (even after showing them the confirmation email). Reception suggested I must be at the wrong hotel and left me to resolve the issue with expedia (who were great, called the hotel twice and faxed the receptionist proof of my reservation when they refused to accept me without paying again). The hotel left me standing at reception for half an hour after a flight and long drive with the attitude that it was my problem and just ignored me until expedia forced them to honour the booking. I'm glad the expedia customer service was good (I've never had to test it before)

The electronic lock to my room failed on the last day (out of batteries apparently), no one seemed to know what to do other than repeatedly trying to scan a keycard. There was a back up physical lock which required a key which no one could seem to find, shockingly disorganised. Again, reception just left me waiting in the corridor for half an hour while they wandered around trying to find a key and asking each other what to do (while I was watching the time I had left to get to the airport tick away).

The wifi cut out frequently during my stay as well.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff were pleasant, just very disorganized and inefficient. Would definitely think twice before staying there again.
