We took my wife's car there yesterday January 2016 for an oil change and tire rotation. Although they were super busy I was greeted immediately and was given instructions on how to check in. Everyone was so nice. They offered the Chrysler oil change package discount that offered 50% OFF oil changes if we bought 4 oil changes upfront - we took the deal! They called when the car was finished and even offered to come pick us up. Compared to my experience at other Jeep dealers this supersedes!
