I must say that the sales crew was nice and helpful and attentive to my concerns of what i needed in a new vechical. However when it came down to the terms of the payments and down payment, thats when they began to say things that were untrue about different aspects of the loan and telling me i wouldnt having negative equatiy in the car i was looking at. That was a flat out lie and as they said it they knew it was. And honestly that pisses me off cause if i was not a smart new car shopper who has done his homework . And lets say i was some uneducated shopper of first time buyer., i could see how easily i could have been convinced i was getting a great deal and possibly ultimatly buying .. And the reason i get so pissed about using those type of sales tatics t and lies to make a sale is that you are dealing with people and there futures . With the sales tactic i saw them use on me they obviously only care about the money they could pocket that day. They and no care what so ever about the long term consequences of the customer who makes a horrible impulse buy on a new or used car. Cause if they cant make that payment there whole credit history could be destroyed for many years to come, all because of a greedy salesman. . That is not the way to treat people . be honest and up front help the customers look at the purcase from different angles that they may not have considered, And if it seems like a good fit help the customer make it happen. Dont use misleading sales tatics to make a sale. Understand its not always about the money you make today. Make a connection with you customers and hope to have them as long term customers. The BS they used on me today didnt work cause i am a informed consumer, but for the many consumers who are not informed or first buyers BEWARE and take someone who knows the car game with you.
