Unfortunately, almost every aspect of printer leasing has been inefficient from a business standpoint. Changing out supplies/ink takes days, which is not good when you need things printed. We've been trying to terminate our lease (which is ending this month), and no one would call us back or they try to talk us in to renewing when we finally reach them. Now, they say we have to return the printer and pay for return shipping ourselves ($1,400 to return it). From a business standpoint, there has really been nothing pleasant about this experience.
