Brought vehicle in for warranty service. Confirmed...

Brought vehicle in for warranty service. Confirmed with a finance manager beforehand that the service would be covered under warranty. After taking my car in, that finance manager doubled back and said it would not be covered under warranty, despite his earlier promise. No support from staff, or management, to take responsibility. GM told me he was willing to lose all future business from me over this. Not really the kind of accountability that I like to see. Will not be returning, and would advise against it for anyone else.
