Train your staff first to respect the customers
Upon being humiliated by your staff member (Aliaster) at ASB show grounds for making the biggest mistake of my life and I.e to sit on your couch for sale for hardly 3 mins. For that mistake being told by the staff " get off the couch in 2mins or I will kick you out from here"

Incredible guys.. This shows your company's values towards customers and how you train your staff dealing with people.

Best part to come yet and I.e Tom ( owner of Big Save) saw all this from his eyes and never wanted to resolve this right there and in fact walked off from there.
My wife is traumatized due to this incident and has suffered of pain and stress, she felt being harrassed in public for sitting on your.couch that she was actually feeling and could recommend to some one or may be buy in future!!

Very very sad but this is not acceptable
