How s this for customer service from the finance manager and I quote you can t get it through your head... and then hangs up. You call with a problem and no one answers or you get a rude finance manager who doesn t want to be bothered.

The only one with any type of proper customer service ability is the sales manager Rob who remained sensitive to my situation through out.

I filed a complaint and opened up a case for my situation with the main branch.
