Absolutely terrible customer service. After a huge...

Absolutely terrible customer service. After a huge order of nearly 3,000 i was over charged twice so please check your receipts. Following eventual delivery so many items were missing! After finally getting in touch by phone, i was told they would check and call me back. They never did!!! Since then i have been kept waiting on the line 6 times...hanged on twice and me hanging up 4 times after been kept on the line 15 minutes a time and realising that noboby would answer the phone!
