Excellent service, and very nice hotel. We were walking distance from so many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We accidentally left a pair of Gucci slides in the room, and the next day when we realized they were left behind we called, they had been turned in by housekeeping and they were able to assist us so quickly in shipping them back to us. Their customer service is great. Really recommend to anyone wanting to stay in South Beach. & the CVS right next door is very convenient.
