I disagree with the could be improved. This is a great hotel. The employees are so accommodating, they even took some frozen items I had and placed them in their freezer for me. Fittness center was adequate. My room was beautiful and made for the business traveler. Even the Puerto Rican valet parking kid was so nice. We connected right away...all his doing he told me about his home. These people really care. Very reasonable pricing. Stay here!
