Nice staff but older hotel. The staff was pleasant & helpful. The room was furnished ok, but not exceptional. The bathroom showed the hotel's age and was very small. The shower area was a bit scary in appearance, but the water was plenty hot. The workout area was next to the pool, and was small & smelled of pool chlorine. Unfortunately, for the Hyatt Regency, there are far better options around Shaumburg, even for a one night's stay.
