Review of Van der Valk Hotel Hengelo

It has been a great stay so far
The gentleman at the bar, Mr. Radboud, was a great bartender and made the evenings in the hotel bar feel good.
Great rooms, great beds and, above all, clean.
The windows are incredibly well insulated. You can't hear anything from the motorway right by the hotel. The curtains also darken the room enormously.
Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is not built well for the large number of people at breakfast. Nevertheless, the best was made of it.
Super diverse and it was always filled up quickly.
The little eye-catchers are also nice (jam jars in portions, the toucan head on the wine glasses ...)

Small drawback with the rooms and maybe a suggestion for improvement:
The balconies are continuous and everyone can walk along your room.
Perhaps a separation from the other rooms would improve the comfort (but it is a complaint at a high level).

All in all it was a great stay and we will definitely be guests of the house more often.
