Called at 15 minutes later ( at 3) and got an estimated 1 minute wait time, waited ten minutes thought it was an error so hung up and redialed. Got an estimated wait time of 2 hours. stayed on the phone till 630 (2 hours and 20 minutes) and googled the hours and found out they close their lines at 5. Sick
