Update: Teresa and the AmeriPlex team have managed my property for over a decade. I am a retired navy vet with little to no experience in real estate. I bought the home in 2005 and by late 2008 the navy had other plans for me out of state. We all know what happened to the market in 08 so I decided to rent and was introduced to Teresa. At the time I didn't know what a blessing that would be. From long conversations reviewing potential tenants and from minor cosmetic repairs and cleaning to full on roof replacement (and everything in between) she has taken excellent care of me and the property. This year I needed to sell the property so Teresa listed it and got it sold (closed in July) in what I would say are the craziest times I've seen. All I can say is wow! And I'm still over 1500 miles away. I don't remember the name of the person who introduced me to her but thank you, she is the best! If your in the market and need a realtor call AmeriPlex and you'll be well taken care of. This is my true experience and if I could I would give 10 stars. Unfortunately the sale of my property cuts our ties but I'm keeping her number on speed dial. Teresa, thank you for making me feel like a part of the AmeriPlex family and for being my real estate champion! Thanks again for everything and all the best to you and the family in all your future endeavors.

Teresa has managed my property for over 8 years now and as an absentee owner she has made it a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about her as a professional and as a person...she's awesome! If your looking for any real estate needs...look no further.
